My time is valuable and I refuse to waste it on people and projects that cannot be backed up with a proper budget and committment. I am critical of people and companies that continue to re-invent the wheel when solutions are at hand. Waste of any kind is bad for business. I am concentrating on two major projects in China. Firstly food security and cold chain food storage and secondly cleaning polluted water. These are two of China's most important challenges if they want to continue to have a peaceful and harmonious growth throughout their 1.4 billion citizens.

We specialised in getting top level developers their construction funding under the radar and before the project was announced. We were a market leader in this area and these early presales often sell 30% of a project before it is announced to the market. After the GFC market the presales percentage has risen to more like 70% so these skills were even more in demand as the market tightens. All offices reported to me. I set up offices in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and South Africa and I was about to commission strategic alliances in HK, Shanghai, UAE and the UK. Sales from projects I handled exceeded 300 and many of these were from the overseas offices I set up. Key Achievements o Set up three overseas offices from scratch. o Achieved sales of over 300 Australian off the plan properties during the worst part of the GFC o Created new strategic plans to market locally and overseas. o Developed a new database and internet marketing program to suit and move with the changed market conditions

The company is 110 years old - Introduce Symons Corporation to the Asian and Middle East market from startup. - Find and establish JV distributors in the region - Support these new JV distributors with engineering back-up and confidence - Introduce Symons technology to key Government and private industry decision makers in the region. Symons specialized in major infrastructure projects for multi-national corporations like Bechtel, Bovis Lend Lease, Hyundai, KBR (Brown and Root), Sumitomo, Capital Land, Sunway, Shimizu Corporation, - Represent Symons at all levels in Asia and the Middle East - Set up, manage and follow-up trade shows and demonstration days at a variety of Asian - Construction Shows and markets including, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Japan, South Korea, UAE and Australia. - Run education seminars for engineers and relevant government department teams who had never seen constructions systems like this before. - Symons scaled back globally after Sept. 11th. I can tell you why your company is underperforming - I am closely associated with some large powerful Chinese Groups looking to expand their investments resources and solutions for some of China's more pressing issues like clean water and food security. - I have introduced them to projects in Australia, Africa, South America and NDA's have been exchanged. Globally increasing populations, diminishing farmland and water supplies have the potential to cause massive conflict in a relatively short time frame in countries that need to rely on food imports.
